The 2026 season sees the biggest technical shake up in the sport’s history, with all-new chassis, Power Unit, and fuel regulations. The Mercedes-AMG F1 W17 E PERFORMANCE is therefore smaller, narrower, and lighter than its predecessor. It features active aerodynamics with moveable front and rear-wings, an engine that produces close to a 50/50 split between electric and combustion power.
Safety & Medical Car
30 Years. Still leading.
For 30 years, Mercedes-AMG vehicles have been ensuring greater safety in Formula 1, firstly with the Official FIA F1 Safety Car which leads the Formula 1 field in bad weather or when there's an incident and then with the Official FIA F1 Medical Car which can immediately reach the scene of an accident.
