David Coulthard Experiences the Mercedes-AMG Project ONE

“I feel like a Grand Prix driver again!”

After 15 seasons as a driver for Formula 1, David Coulthard retired from the track. As soon as he got behind the wheel of the Mercedes-AMG Project ONE it brought him instantly back to his racing days.

At the AMG TecDay, we recently took a look at some of the exciting developments in the future of electric and hybrid driving performance, but now we are fortunate enough to get a glimpse into the real, on-track emotions brought on by the pinnacle of this technology in the Mercedes-AMG Project ONE.

Former F1 driver, David Coulthard, goes back to his roots as he jumps into the cockpit to experience this hypercar for the first time. Formula 1 technology made for the track and the street not only brings back some wonderful nostalgia for him, but also gives us a peek into a bright future of powerful automotive advancement.
