EVENTS: Nürburg

20.8 kilometers through dense Eifel forests, 40 right-hand and 33 left-hand corners, steep elevations, blind crests and constantly changing surfaces – the Nordschleife challenges everyone who drives it. It’s no coincidence that this track is both famous and notorious in equal measure.

Technique in motion

The Track Walk is a core element of this training. Given the length and complexity of the circuit, it provides a decisive advantage: key sections of the circuit become clear, and crests and apexes reveal their true character. A highlight is the legendary Caracciola Carousel – the iconic banked corner at kilometer 13, a section that demands precise turn-in and unwavering vehicle stability.

The subsequent lead-and-follow sessions translate what you’ve learned directly onto the track. Line choice, stabilization and acceleration interlock, and with each lap you gain a clearer sense of how decisions in one segment influence the next. Every lap is driven solo, no co-driver, full focus. The limited group of four is accompanied by professional instructors. Coaching is delivered via radio exactly when it matters – and later reinforced through detailed lap analysis.

On the line with the GT 63 PRO

Training takes place in the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 PRO, a car that reveals its full potential on this circuit: stable at high speed, precise at turn-in and balanced in the sections where the Nordschleife becomes especially demanding. These traits make all the difference here. You’ll feel your AMG’s performance – and find your ideal line.

Part of the Sport Driver Training

This AMG Experience is integrated into the Sport Driver Training Nordschleife XL program. Other vehicles will be on the course simultaneously, but only twelve participants train under AMG coaching. The result is a driving environment that reflects the true dynamics of the Nordschleife. Your accommodation is the Lindner Hotel Nürburgring Congress – right at the track, offering short distances, streamlined routines and complete focus on the next day in the “Green Hell”.
