EVENTS: various tracks

The 1-Day Advanced program is designed to elevate your on-track performance through focused, progressive training. The day begins with the racetrack divided into two sectors, each featuring a variety of corner types. You’ll start by learning the optimal racing line and refining key techniques within each sector before bringing the full course together.

From there, you’ll move into lead-follow sessions, where instructors provide real-time coaching via radio to help you build confidence and push the limits of both your skillset and the Mercedes-AMG vehicle.

A classroom session on racing line theory will take place during lunch with the goal to deepen your understanding of how to approach each corner, consistently hit your apexes and increase your exit speeds.

One of the highlights of the day is shadow driving. This is where an instructor follows behind you on track, reversing the traditional lead follow format. This allows for immediate feedback on your line, braking points, throttle control, and overall race craft.

A dedicated data analysis session follows, giving you the opportunity to review your shadow driving performance, compare it to instructor benchmarks, and identify specific areas for improvement. The best part: you’ll head back out for a second shadow driving session to apply what you’ve learned. While waiting for your data to be reviewed, you’ll have access to the skid pad for additional car control training.

In the paddock, instructors will break down the key techniques required to navigate corners while maintaining a balanced car at speed. Covering fundamentals like proper line selection, trail braking, and effective eye work.

Designed as the bridge to PRO Training, this program pushes you to refine your driving with precision, confidence, and control-preparing you for the next level of AMG performance.

Requirements:

Participants must complete an AMG Experience PERFORMANCE training or submit previous qualified performance driving school experience for review and approval to info@AMGExperienceUS.com prior to registering for this level. We reserve the right to certify your completion in any such program, course, or school. If you do not meet these requirements, please register for a PERFORMANCE level training instead. 

Participants must be 21 years of age or older and possess a current valid driver’s license.
