To mark the 20th anniversary of the Private Lounge, enjoy a special day full of unique insights at the Mercedes-AMG headquarters in Affalterbach – exclusively for the AMG Private Lounge Community.

A perfect start

It all begins in the AMG Private Lounge, at the heart of the World's Fastest Family, with a light breakfast and a warm welcome, where you will gain your first insights into the brand’s history and the people who shaped AMG.

Strong performance – stylish lunch

After breakfast, it's time to hit the road for the first time, setting off on a longer drive through the Swabian countryside. Winding country roads, varied sections of the route, wide views: perfect for precisely calling up the car’s performance and directly experiencing the differences in character, power delivery and agility. The route leads you to the 5-star superior hotel Burg Staufeneck. Here you will enjoy a gourmet lunch in an exceptional setting. Time to enjoy, exchange impressions and let the driving moments sink in.

The Mercedes-Benz Museum

You’ll then set off in the latest Mercedes-AMG models for Untertürkheim, to visit the Mercedes-Benz Museum. A professional instructor will accompany you, providing personalised, precise support at just the right moment. Once you’ve arrived at your destination, you can discover over 1,000 historic Mercedes-Benz vehicles whilst visiting the Mercedes-Benz Heritage Collection – from Lewis Hamilton’s Formula 1 world championship-winning car to the famous Popemobile.

The highlight of the program

This is followed by the highlight of the day: you will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to enjoy spectacular co-pilot drives alongside professional instructors at the limits of performance on the Group’s own test track in Untertürkheim, in the Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé and other exceptional AMG vehicles. The Group’s own test track in Untertürkheim boasts a total length of 15.5 kilometres, two steep bends with a diameter of 100 metres, and various test sections for endurance, high-speed and off-road driving, as well as crosswind and water-crossing manoeuvres.
