  • Lorem Ipsum dolor Sit Amet.

The Mercedes-AMG GT Concept with the EQ Power+ intelligent hybrid drive presented at the Geneva Motor Show provides a glimpse of the third vehicle developed in-house by Mercedes-AMG with which we are expanding the AMG GT family. As the ultimate four-door sports coupe, it combines the benefits of a sedan with the handling and performance of a thoroughbred sports car. And delivers, for the first time, an up-close sensation of Future Performance made by AMG.

Mercedes-AMG GT Concept – DESIGN.

Unmistakable design language, hood pulled way down low – there can be no doubt that the Mercedes-AMG GT Concept is part of the GT family. At the front end, the AMG-specific radiator trim and dominant air intakes are an indication of pure sporting prowess, which is also reflected in the extravagant “hot red” paintwork. At the rear end, particularly distinctive features include the extremely narrow rear lights with futuristic NANO ACTIVE FIBRE TECHNOLOGY. The light system generates a three-dimensional lighting effect and gives the GT Concept its unique light signature.

Mercedes-AMG GT Concept – PERFORMANCE.

Future Driving Performance – as showcased by the all-new hybrid drive system in the Mercedes-AMG GT Concept. In the latest iteration, the powertrain develops a system output of up to 600 kW (815 hp) and covers the sprint from zero to 100 km/h in less than three seconds. The AMG Performance 4MATIC+ fully variable all-wheel drive is likewise assisted by the electric motor. It provides direct drive to the rear wheels and functions as an additional booster – for super sports car performance!

EQ Power+

Mercedes-AMG GT Concept – EQ POWER+.

The EQ Power+ label stands for a performance hybrid system that intelligently pairs a powerful biturbo engine with a high-output electric motor. Alongside an extremely high performance potential, the system guarantees exceptionally spontaneous response characteristics. A further element is the performance battery, which possesses a higher storage capacity than conventional hybrid batteries, while being lighter and more compact. After the current Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula 1 cars, the Mercedes-AMG GT Concept is the second vehicle to bear the new “EQ Power+” badge.
