48.3 cm (19-inch) AMG 5-twin-spoke light-alloy wheels aerodynamically optimised, painted in tremolite grey with a high-sheen finish, with 225/40 R19 on 7.5 J x 19 H ET33 (front) and 255/35 R19 on 8.5 J x 19 H ET52 (rear).
AMG Performance Exhaust System, Selectable.
A special acoustic experience comes courtesy of the selectable AMG Performance exhaust system. Three variable adjustable exhaust flaps give you the option to change the sound of the vehicle at the push of a button. Depending on the drive program, the sound characteristics change from unobtrusive comfort through to maximum emotive appeal.
The interior emphasizes real sportiness and performance too. The new AMG steering wheel with touch-control buttons makes operation of the multimedia system easier. If desired, the classic circular instruments can be replaced by a fully digital instrument cluster with a 12.3 inch screen. All-Digital Instrument Display.
The fully digital instrument display with the display styles "Classic", "Progressive" and "Sporty" enables you to decide which information is important to you and in which way you wish to have it displayed. The 31.2 cm (12.3-inch) display delivers a pin-sharp image which is very easy to read in all light conditions.
AMG Performance Steering Wheel in Nappa Leather.
This AMG steering wheel is lined with fine nappa leather and perforated in the grip area. The flattened shape typical of AMG has been adopted from motorsport, and underlines the sportiness of the cockpit. Ergonomically positioned touch-control buttons ensure intuitive user-friendliness and are conducive to focussed driving.

The V6 biturbo engine boasts a high power output combined with low fuel consumption and emissions. The high power output is in part courtesy of separate, larger turbochargers (max. charge pressure 1.1 bar). Installed close to the engine, the two turbochargers are especially spontaneous in their response. The AMG power unit can be identified by the engine cover with red aluminium insert and AMG lettering.
AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9G Transmission.
The C 43 4MATIC makes use of the AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9G transmission, which the Mercedes-AMG developers have tuned specifically for a dynamic driving experience. This has a model-specific software application to achieve very short shift times. The multiple downshift function allows more spontaneous bursts of speed, while the double-declutching function in "Sport" and "Sport+" drive programs makes for an even more emotional driving experience.
AMG RIDE CONTROL Suspension.
The AMG RIDE CONTROL suspension is your key to superior performance in everyday driving and on the race track. The adaptive damping provides a broad range between a comfortable and very sporty setup. You can choose between the modes Comfort, Sport and Sport+ and change the characteristics of the suspension at the press of a button at any time.
AMG DYNAMIC SELECT.
With the proven DYNAMIC SELECT drive programs "Comfort", "Sport", "Sport+" and "Individual", the characteristics of the C 43 4MATIC+ can be customised at the tap of a finger. This modifies key parameters, such as the response of the engine, transmission, suspension and steering. The fifth mode "Slippery" is new, and is identified by means of the snowflake symbol. The moderate and even power delivery is specially programmed for slippery or snow-covered road conditions.
AMG Performance 4MATIC.
The high-performance all-wheel drive developed by Mercedes-AMG combines optimum traction, typical AMG driving dynamics and maximum driving pleasure. This is ensured by decidedly rear-biased torque distribution of 31% to the front axle and 69% to the rear axle.
