The support available to AMG customer teams ranges from comprehensive training and start-up of the vehicle to quick on-site service provided by the replacement parts truck on the racetrack, right through to the unique AMG Customer Sports Portal and the option to strengthen your team by adding experienced drivers from the AMG Driver Pool.

    Motorsport is not just about spraying champagne on the podium – it also involves working through the night in the garage. After all, passion does not just work business hours, and nor does the AMG Customer Sports Portal. The online system means that the teams have a “digital toolbox” on hand around the clock, which provides assistance and is constantly being further developed.

    With just a few clicks, all replacement and wear parts for the SLS AMG GT3 can be identified and ordered from the online shop immediately. However, that’s only the tip of the iceberg: as a central hub, the Portal allows AMG customer teams from around the world to interact with each other. Technical information such as vehicle updates, maintenance instructions or the owner’s manual can be viewed and downloaded. In addition, teams regularly receive all news relevant to their races via the Portal.

    Other features of the platform include comprehensive evaluation options and a mileage record for vehicles. Thanks to its interactive design, the teams can use the Portal to share suggestions for improvement, which in turn benefit everyone. With its wide range of functions, ease of use and transparent architecture, AMG is setting new standards in customer sport with the AMG Customer Sports Portal.

    ALWAYS THERE WHEN IT MATTERS.
    Quality over long distances was a key criterion in the development of the SLS AMG GT3. Its high stability means that the racing gullwing can stay out on the track for very long periods of time and complete its laps even in extremely challenging conditions. Of course, everything also has to run smoothly when the gullwing enters the pits. For this purpose, we offer our customer teams a comprehensive replacement parts service and related technical support, among other things.

    On race weekends, the AMG Service Team takes its own service truck to the European circuits. It supplies the customer teams with the most important replacement and wear parts on site and serves as an expert contact point for all technical issues.

    As an exclusive service, the AMG Customer Sports Portal can also be used to arrange the delivery of customized packages of replacement parts to any racetrack. Teams also receive technical assistance via a telephone hotline, which is open around the clock over race weekends.
